As a strong advocate of community empowerment, Optimum Capital Management, LLC can empower your church and all constituents of your church community by educating and assisting them to implement the proper financial solutions within their lives. I am writing now to offer my company’s services to your church and the members of your church community. Optimum’s services will assist your church and its membership in the following ways:

Church Endowment Creation and Management
As a strong advocate of community empowerment, Optimum Capital Management, LLC can empower your church through the establishment of an endowment fund specifically tailored to your church’s present and future needs. A church endowment can be an integral part of your church’s stewardship program. Optimum’s services will assist your church in implementing the program in the following ways:
1. Develop Endowment Program Strategy – Optimum will meet with Board of Trustees and other members to determine the most effective endowment strategy to implement. This discussion will include evaluating the church’s 501c3 status as a vehicle for establishing the endowment fund. If you do not currently have a 501c3 designation, we will guide you through the application process through our network of advisors. We will also evaluate the church’s vision for community and church empowerment and determine which endowment program will best fulfill these goals and initiatives financially.
2. Promote the Endowment Program in the Church Community – Optimum will conduct seminars for your membership explaining about the spiritual and financial benefits of contributing to the Mother AME Zion Church Endowment Program. We will outline the basics of how endowment funds operate and how it relates to the church’s overall vision.
3. Manage the Endowment Fund – Once endowment funds have been received for the benefit of the church, Optimum will actively manage the endowment fund. We will devise an investment strategy that will manage endowment funds effectively. Through an analysis of community needs and wants, Optimum will also assist the church in developing a strategy that will make the most effective use of the endowment funds. Likewise, Optimum will meet with the Endowment Fund Trustees on a regular basis to evaluate investment and program implementation strategies as well as assisting with establishing separate Endowment Fund account.
4. Provide Endowment Seminars to Educate Your Membership – Optimum will meet with each church member individually to explain how endowments work and the benefits to both themselves and their church if they participate in the Endowment Program. During this meeting we will also determine their current income earnings, individual gifting strategies and desired contribution to the endowment program. Optimum will arrange meeting blocks at least 2-3 times a month to meet with your members to discuss their specific funding goals for the church.

Obtain Funding
Optimum has the experience and capability to assist your church as you navigate through the tedious lending process. We will evaluate your credit worthiness for desired projects, analyze and evaluate financial statements, and create a credit package that will be approved by the lenders within our network of lending financial institutions. In addition, Optimum will discuss with you the benefits of having a 501c3 status as well as provide grant writing services for special projects. By utilizing our broad network of experienced professionals, we will assist you with obtaining funding for daily operations, programming, expansion, and community development.

Optimum will demonstrate the importance of having a sound money management and bookkeeping system. Accurate record upkeep can be crucial to the longevity of church funding and will provide solid financial structure to church operations. Through our affiliates we will assist your church in producing professionally audited income statements that can be submitted on a regular basis to the IRS, funding corporations and inquiring membership.
